Re: NMEA4wifi not emitting
Hello Venot, The 5V voltage regulator should not be hot. If I understand your description it seems something is very wrong and the multiplexer is dead. Please check this: 1) with noting connected to the spring connectors, just use a USB cable connected between the multiplexer and a PC. Check if any ...

Re: wifi range
Hello,
I cannot say as I never had an opportunity to test. You can have 30 days to test and if it not passes your tests you only have the shipping costs to return the multiplexer to me.
I am sorry for not being so assertive.
Regards, Luis

Re: WiFi auto disable when no connection question
Hello, You are not recalling correctly. It does not shut down if there there is no activity. It only shuts down if the settings do not forsee any activity. In order not to shut down set one WiFi port (for example UDP = 2000 even if you do not need UDP). Then set for example P1>UDP even if nothing is...

Re: Which is the most resistant in intensive use : Nmea3 in TH or SMD or Nmea4
Hello, Not RS232. I am not familiar with your AIS unit. I assume that you only want the AIS to be a talker to the multiplexer listener. So you only need to connect: AIS TX+ (jaune) to A1(orA2) NMEA3WIFI AIS TX- (vert) to B1(orB2) NMEA3WIFI and if you choose P1 as the input port (A1 and B1 above) you...

Re: Which is the most resistant in intensive use : Nmea3 in TH or SMD or Nmea4
Hi, May be SMD. The power supply is a bit mote powerful. And keep the top lid off. It is not water proof. In my boat I use a Nmea4Wifi for almost 3 years. It is TH as in that time I only had THs. I am getting too old to build THs. They took me too much time to build and to test. I may increase their...

Re: Shorted the Multiplexer!
Hello Sorry to hear about that. I wonder what your electronic skills. I f you send the multiplexer to me, I will repair it. I only want you to pay the shipping cost (about 6 euros) and any parts that could be destroyed. Before doing that, remove the Esp32 module and the ics that are in the sockets. ...

Hello Berth, Comments like yours make us maintain these multiplexers! Thank you very much! Regards, Luis PS: You gave me the idea to create a forum for testimonials. Normally people come to the forum when they have problems. When someone comes to the forum for the 1st time, he/she could think that t...

Re: Tacktick to NMEA2WiFI with Garmin
Hello, I am sorry. I did not get time to read the manual you sent. Your system is totally strange to me. I will try to read and answer. Do you mean that during 20 seconds you only get that sentence? What would you expect? Could you copy and paste into a txt file the text that appears in the debug wi...

Re: Com fails after 5mn of work
Hello, This is a response to Eric and to other users that can have this problem. (I sent 2 A263N optocouplers and a ESP32 module to Eric. Eric tested the 2 new optocouplers and the new ESP32 module and told me that the problem remained. I asked him to perform the hardware test. He made the hardware ...

Re: Navionics App and AIS - Nmea2Wifi and Nmea4Wifi
Hello, I have my boat in Greece and I receive Navionics in my smartphone. I just opened my Navionics on the smartphone and went to the menu where it shows the configuration for pairing. It is as in the screenshot shown. Also note that you need to have the subscription active (paid every year). 16739...
