Re: Nmea3Wifi and ST70i
HI. Adding some code to generate ST57 from GGA turned out to be relatively simple. SO I have attached it here... PLEASE note that I have not been able to test this with a real GPS.. So I would very much appreciate if you can look at your GPS quality data (GGA) and check that the ST70 is displaying "...

Re: Nmea3Wifi and ST70i
Hi, That is good news, and I will have a look at decoding GGA or GSA properly to get the SeaTalk Datagram 57 "properly". Now bad news.. the 'Bible' of Seatalk datagrams does not tell me how the DOP data is transmitted. Jus that the Second variable (DD) is dop. I had assumed DOP was integer meters, b...

Re: ST20 data
Hi Forum, I use a NMEA3WIFI to connect my AvNav Raspi with a Raymarine ST60 Multi display and it works, but I get no speed data at the ST60. I logged the NMEA3WIFI and I can see the ST20 data but not on the display. Are this data correct and can I be sure that this data is on the SeaTalk? ray.PNG /...

Re: Nmea3Wifi and ST70i
This is amazing, it works! Just one last wish: If you could also send STALK 57 (Sat information) I believe this would allow me to also get the Time from the NMEA' GPS (even though I already see it sending the time, I believe missing #57 makes the ST70 think this might not be accurate). Would you in...

Re: Nmea3Wifi and ST70i
HI. I may have a possible resolution: I have coded in a switch on the "ADDITIONAL SETTINGS" for seatalk that allows you to "enable " "Datagram58". If you have this box checked, then NMEA GPS will send Datagram 58 in place of the Datagram 50/51 pair. I think (hope?) the coding is correct, but I do no...

Re: Nmea3Wifi and ST70i
Luis just pointed me to your comment. (And I should now be subscribed so I get notified of replies) Luis is in Greece, but I will have a look at datagram 58 and see if I can see an ‘easy’ way to add (or enable) it. I have a thought that perhaps an /dev switch option might be a good idea? Like the so...

Re: 'Development Mode'
The Autopilot control webpage (for Seatalk Raymarine Autopilots) is really nice ! One note though: Would it be possible to control +/-10° in standby mode? The pilot would thus function as an adjustable rudder blocker or to retract the cylinder before storing it. Regards, Fred. Fred, Sorry for delay...

'Development Mode'
In order to test some options for possible future inclusion, NMEA3_RC_1 Includes some "test" webpages that may be of interest to users. These were intended for myself and Luis to explore, but it would be interesting and helpful if we can get feedback from other users. AUTOPILOT MODE. In both RC and ...

Bug in Development sw “V20_RC”
I just discovered a bug in the ‘dev’ sw that is testing the Seatalk webpage interface. The ST>TCP does not work correctly . IF ST>TCP is OFF, then it is not possible in this sw to set it ON in the usual way. WORK-AROUND- you CAN set ST>TCP if you need it by ‘Updating’ to ‘V17’ sw and THEN selecting ...
