Hi Luis
Thanks very much. I will run the diagnostic on the port when I am next at the boat and also see if I can test it with another device.
Kind regards
Allan

Hi Luis
Just to confirm that I checked port 2 with another device and the port works so I think the problem is my AIS reception.

Sorry to go over this one again, but I am having a problem pairing the Boating app to NMEA4WIFI, although everything appears to be setup correctly.
I have an EasyAIS receiver connected to P1/B1. The green P1 LED flashes in sync with the data received LED on my EasyAIS, presumably indicating that data is being received. A red (?) led at the other end of the Wemos board also flashes - I am guessing this indicates data transmission.

I have P1 set to 38400 baud, UDP, and port = 2000. My Android tablet can see the NME4WIFI. In the Boating app, I go to Paired Devices., and open "Wi-Fi Settings". NMEA4WIFI appears in the list. I select this, and return to the Paired devices screen. This now shows "Waiting for connection", but after a while times out without succeeding in pairing.

What am I doing wrong?

I read something in one of the other posts about setting an address to 0.0.0.0, but I'm not sure where to do this.

I have also looked at the option within the Boating/Paired Devices to add a device manually. This asks for:
Name - presumably NMEA4WIFI?,
Host - I have no idea what to put in here
Port - presumably 2000

Bearing in mind that I am not particularly technical, a simple bullet point check list/setup sequence would be great.

Hello,

I have my boat in Greece and I receive Navionics in my smartphone. I just opened my Navionics on the smartphone and went to the menu where it shows the configuration for pairing. It is as in the screenshot shown. Also note that you need to have the subscription active (paid every year).
