V6 with NMEA tool

I updated my NMEA4WIFI to V6 with the NMEA4WIFI tool (V2). I received a success message. When I try to read the settings from the unit using the tool it gives an error message saying that it is not a valid NMEA4WIFI file. The settings appear to be ok if using a browser. The browser shows the firmware is version 6. I have had the unit for a while but not installed it as yet and am just trying to interface it with my nav system - Raymarine 100 with ST6000. Does the tool not work with the latest firmware?

I am sorry to say but that took is now obsolete. In order to update software present multiplexers use a process described here

Please tell me which is your present firmware so that I will check if you need any special instructions.

I did an update following the instructions. Waited for the success notification. Seems to be OK. Version uploaded was V6 July 2023. Thanks
